Personalized calendars for teachers
Planning is a key element that leads to success. We at Skoola believe in enabling your teachers with digital skills that will in turn improve that performance you’ve always been looking for. Teachers will be able to view their upcoming lessons, school events, student and teachers birthdays. They will also be able to edit lesson details and keep everyone in copy of the same.

Your teachers will be able to view and filter summarized information, for example; the list of students in their classes, number of lessons on their schedule, attendance data etc. all for a more accurate report.
Each school branch has its data separate from the rest
Every school branch will have its own teachers, students, staff etc. This means that mixing the data for every branch would be catastrophic and very confusing. We keep every branch’s data isolated from the other but allow you (super-admin) to access each school branch with the utmost ease.
Fill in gradebooks, exam and exam marks
Teachers will be able to work on their students gradebooks, add questions to exams (For online exams) as well as fill in scores for already completed exams (offline exams). They will also be able to notify parents/guardians concerning marks scored through SMS* if needed.

Skoola enables teachers by granting them access to view their students information as well as their parents in case there is communication that needs to be made.
Fill in attendance
Your teachers can now take their students attendance online and have this information available to all parties immediately. They can also view student absences, absences with permission per class.
