What does this mean?
It is not uncommon for schools to open up multiple branches of the original school. A typical hierarchy is to have a central headquarters manage branches through the software. Skoola allows a single person or group of persons designated as super-administrators to assign rights to branches and give each selective access to features that are deemed necessary. This is what is called multi school management.

Engaging multi school management
Great! You’ve created your school and have different existing physical branches of the same. All you have to do is navigate to the school branches module and add the accounts of the different branches that you have. Easy as pie!
Better yet, we do not charge a single cent for adding a school branch 😊
Create more than one admin per school
We allow you to create multiple admins for each school branch that serve as the head of each school. Your super-admin account will be able to oversee every school branch you have created and will have full privileges over them
Each school branch has its data separate from the rest
Every school branch will have its own teachers, students, staff etc. This means that mixing the data for every branch would be catastrophic and very confusing. We keep every branch’s data isolated from the other but allow you (super-admin) to access each school branch with the utmost ease.
Multiple payment gateways
Each branch may have different bank or MPesa payment details and we as Skoola allow you to set this up if it is how you prefer to operate. If only a single payment gateway is available for all your school branches, this can be set up as well.
Switch to any branch at any time
Skoola consists of different modules all packaged together to give you the most desirable school management system. If you are currently accessing a certain module and wish to compare the same with other branches, all you have to do is switch to the intended school and voila! the selected school’s data will be populated into the active module. This is one of the key features of a multi school system.
